Virtual Assistant Coordinator Position

Virtual Helper 247 provides a high level of personal support to the General Manager in the following areas including but not limited to: reference checking, maintaining and updating database, advertising, short listing of candidates, screening candidates, proof reading, documentation editing, and management coordination.

This is a diverse and hands on role, seeing you contribute to the success of both our clients and the business. More so, you’ll be a highly valued and appreciated team member given the freedom and respect you deserve at work.

This role is very busy – so you’ll need to be switched on to manage many things at once. You must be able to follow instructions, with strong follow-up and initiative.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate written communication – ability to write professional standard emails and letters with no grammatical errors or spelling mistakes
  • Strong follow-up – ability to complete all tasks requested and effectively make use of time (you don’t need to be constantly told what to do or checked on)
  • Be very comfortable following instructions and set procedures, though able to work independently and responsibly
  • Have integrity and honesty
  • Have flexibility with the work requirements
  • Basic recruitment experience
